B2B Quote Automation Ecosystem →
Dual-interface system bridging customers and sales teams. Engineered a decoupled quote cart, automated PDF generation, and event-driven email workflows.
I'm a product-focused frontend engineer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in UX/UI. I work in React, TypeScript, and web performance, and because I trained as a designer, I shape the user flows and interaction details as well as the code behind them.
I've built a B2B platform that cut quote processing time by 83%, and AI tools where the hard problems were as much about trust and interaction design as engineering. Currently open to frontend, UX/UI, and web developer roles at product-driven companies.

I'm Zoe, a frontend engineer who came from the design side. I hold an M.A. in Web Design & New Media from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where the coursework ran from interaction design and visual prototyping through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I moved into engineering because I wanted to build the interfaces I was designing rather than hand them off. That foundation still shapes how I approach code: I don't just think about whether something works, but whether it feels right.
My focus is on the React ecosystem: TypeScript, Remix, Next.js, with a growing specialization in AI-integrated frontend applications from streaming UI pipelines to real-time AI workflows. I enjoy the challenge of making complex interfaces feel simple and fast, whether that's optimizing Core Web Vitals ,engineering state management systems that scale, or building intuitive human-AI interaction patterns.
When I'm not coding, you'll find me exploring the intersection of technology and creativity, always looking for ways to bridge the gap between engineering precision and design intuition.
I'm actively looking for my next role, frontend, UX/UI developer, or web developer in the Bay Area.
